Spinach and cream cheese balls

PREPARATION

Squeeze the thawed spinach well to remove liquid and chop coarsely.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Thoroughly grease a muffin tin and distribute the mixture in the cups.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 175° C

4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
5 sage leaves, finely chopped
Some nutmeg
Salt/pepper
