Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the spring onions. Add the spinach and turn it from time to time, cooking at medium heat. In the meantime, mix YOUR DAILY PROTEIN EGG WHITE NATURE with the milk or plant-based milk alternative, chop the basil leaves finely with a sharp knife and add. Season with salt & pepper according to taste.
Reduce the temperature to low heat and pour the fresh mix over the spinach. Leave for approx. 4 minutes to thicken, but jiggle the pan from time to time. Finally, flip the omelette and bake it briefly from the on side. Done!
