Low Carb Protein pancakes

Preparation
Mix oat flakes, flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Make a hollow in the centre and add YOUR DAILY PROTEIN EGG WHITE as well as the milk or vegetable milk alternative and mix everything together to a smooth dough. Then heat some oil in a pan and portion the dough using a ladle – baking time at medium temperature varies, depending on how brown you like your pancakes. Then garnish with blueberries and maple syrup.
