Low-carb bread

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl.

2. Add the YDP Egg White, oil and rice syrup and mix everything together well.

3. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and allow to rise for about 2 hours.

4. Pre-bake the dough in the loaf pan on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180° C for about 2 minutes. Then, turn the bread out of the pan and bake for another 30 minutes.

20 g chia seeds
40 g flaxseed
70 g sunflower seeds
35 g ground hazelnuts
150 g oat flakes
1 tsp. salt
15 g psyllium husks
350 g YDP Egg White
1 tbsp. rice syrup
3 tsp. linseed oil
