1. Mix the YDP Egg White with the quark, gradually add the other ingredients and mix well.

2. Allow the dough to rise for about 15 minutes.

3. Shape the dough into 3 round rolls and score carefully in the middle.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° C top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes and allow to cool on a wire rack.


Tip: Also good as a burger roll.

250 g low-fat quark
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. flaxseed
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
15 g psyllium husks
75 g oat flakes
1 sachet baking powder
