Protein waffles
for 2 persons
Preparation
Preheat the waffle iron to the highest temperature. Then use a mixer to mix the butter or margarine in a bowl, until smooth, add all other ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough. Now reduce the waffle iron to medium temperature and, if needed, grease it. Add 2 tbsp. of dough per waffle and bake the waffles until they are golden yellow in colour. If you want, you can sprinkle some icing sugar onto the waffles before eating.

| 100 g | spelt flour |
| 100 ml | milk or plant-based milk alternative |
| 1 pack | vanilla sugar |
| 1 tsp. | baking powder |
| 1 pinch of | Salt |
| 50 g | butter or margarine |
| Icing sugar for sprinkling |
